Marzeniówka is a home where you don’t come just to "stay overnight." Rather, it’s a place to take a moment to slow down.
A wooden cottage over 100 years old in Lutowiska, which we have restored piece by piece. We kept what was most important – the wood, the light, the proportions – and added only what makes it good to be here. No exaggeration, no pretense.
This place is for those who enjoy space. Over 200 m² just for you, four bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, a garden, a terrace, and a hammock. You can be together, or you can disappear for a moment.
Days here unfold naturally. Coffee turns into breakfast, breakfast into a walk, and evenings end at the table or on the terrace. No plans, no rush.
Marzeniówka is not "for tourists." It is ours. And you can be a part of it for a while.
Marzeniówka
Marzeniówka is a space of over 200 m² of wooden cottage that provides intimacy – the perfect place for shared moments without crowds and unnecessary compromises.
The property can accommodate 8 people, although there is an option for two additional places in the form of extra beds. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensure comfort and privacy, even in a larger group.
The cottage consists of two levels. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and the main point of the house – a spacious living room with a kitchen, where life unfolds. An additional toilet is located nearby.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with bathrooms – slightly more secluded, for those who value their own rhythm.
There is space for shared mornings and long evenings, but also for moments of quiet for oneself.

Each of the four bedrooms in Marzeniówka is a space for true relaxation – with a private bathroom featuring a shower cabin and full amenities.
Comfortable mattresses, like those in 5-star hotels, allow for a really good night's sleep. The option to separate the beds provides flexibility – whether you arrive as a couple, friends, or a family seeking comfortable accommodation in the Bieszczady.
There are also details that make a difference – old cupboards, rescued furniture, natural materials. In one of the bedrooms, you will find a desk and WiFi, in case someone needs to briefly return to the outside world.
And if not – all the better.

Garden and terrace
The garden and terrace in Marzeniówka are a natural extension of the house. A place where the day starts with coffee outdoors and ends with a barbecue and long conversations.
There is a terrace overlooking the ponds and the surrounding space that truly allows you to breathe. In the summer, outdoor baths, morning yoga, a hammock where time slows down a bit.
In the garden, you will also find a treehouse – a small world for both big and small. And all this in the middle of the village, where silence is not an addition but something completely natural.
This is a place you step out to "for a moment" – and end up staying a little longer.

Bieszczady, moment by moment
Mornings here begin slowly. No alarm clock, no rush. Just coffee on the terrace, in quiet stillness, before the day gently unfolds. Sometimes yoga, sometimes simply sitting and taking it all in.
From there, the day is yours. A walk through the woods instead of a fixed plan. Cycling instead of driving. A longer trip into the Bieszczady Mountains, a trail through the meadows, or time spent in the Bieszczady National Park. Or something simpler – a path without a destination, just for the sake of being on the way.
By midday, you find your way back home. Something simple to eat, another coffee, a book, a moment in the hammock. Time doesn’t rush here, so there’s no need to keep track of it.
Afternoons are for being together. Board games at the table, long conversations, or a kind of silence that feels easy and natural.
Evenings start by the grill and slowly move onto the terrace. Sometimes with wine, sometimes with tea. Sometimes with laughter, sometimes with quiet thoughts.
And at some point, you realise that nothing more is needed.
Reservation form
Important tips
Marzeniówka can be rented in full or in a smaller capacity, depending on the number of guests. For a maximum of 4 people, we provide the ground floor (two bedrooms with bathrooms and a shared area). For larger groups, we open additional bedrooms on the upper floor.
Prices depend on the time of year and the tourist season. For long weekends, holidays, and New Year's Eve, we prepare an individual quote.
The minimum length of stay is 3 nights.
Parking is available on-site, and WiFi works throughout the house. During the summer season (May to September), you can enjoy swimming on the terrace.
Marzeniówka is located in the center of the village – we have neighbors and live here at a normal pace. This is a place for relaxation, not for loud parties.
